Delicious sushi. We got the spicy salmon roll, tuna roll , 2 Toms River rolls and a Godzilla roll. We enjoyed everything very much.

You “I recently visited Oi Sushi in downtown Toms River, just near the library and other local attractions. Though I’d known about this place for a while, it was my first visit, and I was blown away. The atmosphere was quiet that night—perfect for a relaxed dinner. I tried their signature Oi roll, which was unlike any sushi I’ve ever had—absolutely sparkling in flavor. After that, I enjoyed a dragon roll and a deep, dark miso soup with delicate wisps inside—truly stunning. Prices are competitive for the area, but the quality is exceptional. They also offer a full Chinese menu for both takeout and dine-in. One small note: parking can be tricky. There’s a town parking lot nearby, just a short walk, but it might be a little difficult for some. Inside, there’s a large communal table for about 12 and several smaller tables for two and four. The service, while kind, could have been more attentive, especially with so few diners. Sodas come from cans over ice, but that didn’t detract from the food. Overall, I give Oi a 5 for the food experience—a truly fireworks-in-your-mouth delight—and I highly recommend it for sushi lovers.”

This is most certainly the best sushi in Ocean County. Absolutely gorgeous plating, unmistakably fresh ingredients, and delectable side dishes. Interior is cozy and chill. Price is surprisingly reasonable for the quality on offer, especially compared to competing sushi restaurants in the area

Definitely one of the better offerings for sushi in the Toms River area. It's a quaint little place, but they're fish and sushi is extremely fresh and delicious. It's a casual atmosphere, BYOB, definitely recommended. The sushi deluxe had a few different offerings, not a full spectrum like the old days but still quite good. Everything was done with taste and innovation. And I loved the avocado bomb, a little sweet for some but I thought it was a good offset.

Food was perfect. Atmosphere too. Very intimate and cool location. Presentation was beautiful which made it an experience. The food tasted fresh and healthy. Felt great after eating. The green tea was so good too. Highly recommend if you need a sushi fix.
